Transformation & Performance

A bit about me

After 30+ years in international banking—living, working, and learning across several countries—I traded the boardroom for breakthroughs.

Now happily settled in Edinburgh, my mission is simple: coaching for all, not just the talent elite. Everyone deserves access to tools that help them grow, thrive, and find balance.

Outside of executive coaching, family is my compass. My first grandchild, Luna, keeps me on my toes, and I’m exploring life’s rhythm through Tai Chi—because even coaches need a little Zen!

Let’s turn experience into impact—and make coaching a journey everyone can join.

Coaching Process & Approach

I don’t believe in generic coaching or surface-level motivation. I work with the real drivers behind how you think, decide, and lead/operate — especially when life or work is in transition.

Whether you’re leading a team, carrying deep expertise, or navigating life in a new country, the same thing applies: Clarity creates momentum — and momentum changes everything.

Mike helped me develop confidence, clarity & a stronger mindset…

“Working with Mike has been hugely helpful for me. As a software engineering student, I expected coaching to focus only on career advice — but our sessions helped me develop confidence, clarity, and a stronger mindset overall.

Even though he is based in Edinburgh and I’m studying in Mysore, the sessions always felt personal and engaging. He listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and helps me think in ways I hadn’t considered before.

I now approach both my studies and my future career with much more confidence and direction. I’m extremely grateful for his support.”
