A wee bit about me

After 30+ years in international banking—living, working, and learning across several countries—I traded the boardroom for breakthroughs. Today, I’m a professional executive coach, combining my global leadership experience with accredited coaching expertise to help people unlock their potential.

I specialize in leadership, expert development, transformation, and guiding expats through the unique challenges of working and living abroad—but my mission is simple: coaching for all, not just the talent elite. Everyone deserves access to tools that help them grow, thrive, and find balance.

Outside of coaching, family is my compass. My first grandchild, Luna, keeps me on my toes, and I’m exploring life’s rhythm through Tai Chi—because even coaches need a little Zen!
